Thanksgiving Glow 

This recipe is rich in vitamins A, B, and C. Ideal for boosting antioxidants and immunity, keeping your energy levels up, and for increasing your brain cognition in cold weather!

Ingredients:

  • 6 Medjool Dates
  • ¼ C Walnuts
  • 1 Tbsp Orange juice
  • ½ Orange zests
  • 1 Tbsp MCT
  • Sprinkle salt
  • Sprinkle cinnamon
  • ½ C Pumpkin pressure cooked or soaked & boiled to remove the lectins

Toppings:

  • 1 Orange wedge
  • Sprinkle of Cinnamon

Steps:

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a food processor for 30 seconds or until you obtain a smooth dough.

  3. Place your cookie dough into your jar.
  4.  
  5. Place it for 10 minutes in the freezer.
  6.  
  7. Then leave it for 30 minutes in the fridge before eating, & Enjoy!
