2 in 1 Divine Cacao Treats

Ingredients:

  • 2 Persimmon or 2 Cups of Papaya
  • 2 Medjool Dates
  • 1 Tbsp Tahini
  • ½ C Aloe Vera Gel
  • 1 Tbsp Seamoss Gel
  • 3 Tbsp Cacao Powder
  • 1 Cup Blanched Almonds ground >> only if you go for the chocolate fondant!

Toppings:

  • 1 Tbsp MCT oil
  • 2 Tbsp Cacao Powder
  • Sprinkle of Cinnamon

Steps: 

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender for 30 seconds until you obtain your base.
  2. If you go for the Chocolate Mousse (without the Almond flour), place the mixture for 40 minutes in the freezer, and sprinkle cinnamon on top before enjoying!
  3. If you go for the Chocolate Fondant: preheat your oven to 350F. Pour your mixture into your mold (spread some coconut oil beforehand in it).
  4. Place in the oven for 20 minutes. At the same time, Slowly heat the MCT oil and the cacao powder for topping.
  5. When the Fondant is baked, prepare your presentation and pour the chocolate ganache on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon and Enjoy!

Note: I also use the base as a face mask as it’s full of nutrients for the skin! Don’t be shy and try it out! Leave it until it dries and rinse with water. Your skin will look more plumpy and happy!
