I have been trying different recipes for a long time now and finally made the perfect one!  Here is my GF/Vegan Buckwheat Bread Recipe: 

Ingredients: 

Topping: sesame, flax, hemp seeds. 

Steps: 

1. Prepare the baking bread pan by greasing it with olive oil and/or lining it with parchment paper.

2. Add the arrowroot powder and water first to a medium-size bowl and whisk to combine. Then add all the ingredients in the same bowl and whisk to combine.

3. Transfer the dough into the pan. Add the toppings.

4. Cover it with a clean towel for 45 minutes.

5. Preheat the oven to 350F. Bake for 80 minutes (1 hour and 20 min)

6. Remove from the oven and verify if the center is cooked. I like mine not completely dry, still soft inside.

7. After it has cooled down, Slice & Enjoy!

 

Keep it in the freezer, in the fridge in an airtight container for a week or wrapped in a towel on the kitchen counter for a few days. It stays delicious!
