Reconnecting with my feminine energy was not easy but I made it possible by being creative and exploring life to find a wide range of tools that helped me 🌸

In the past, I believed that I needed to be more in tune with my masculine energy to gain respect from men, particularly in the medical field and as a practice owner πŸ‘©πŸ»β€βš•οΈ

This mindset led me to become controlling, constantly pursue success, and always crave for more πŸ˜’

However, deep down, I felt incredibly insecure about myself - both physically and mentally - and this lack of confidence was not appealing at all! πŸ₯Ί

It seems that in the Western society we live in, there is a strong push for us to become even more masculine. Nevertheless, times are changing now and we know how finding balance can bring numerous benefits on a personal and professional aspect 😎

I was mistaken in thinking that being more masculine equated to respect, and I was mistaken in believing that being more connected to my feminine side indicated weakness! 🫠
